Hi, I’m Kendi Fraser, a Nebraska-based REALTOR®, and I truly love helping people through one of the biggest and most exciting decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in education and another 8 years in business, which gave me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and working with all kinds of personalities and situations. I’m fun, hardworking, and very detail-oriented, and I take pride in making sure my clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

I work with both buyers and sellers and enjoy all areas of real estate—from new construction and investment properties to luxury homes and everything in between. No matter what your goals are, I’m here to guide you, advocate for you, and make the process as smooth (and even enjoyable!) as possible.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, loving on my dogs, cat, and chickens, staying active with walks, volunteering, or planning my next trip. I’m a people person at heart, and I love building relationships that last long after closing day.
